Green Day: Rock Band is now available for sale in the U.S. for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Computer, and Wii gaming systems. This new addition to the Rock Band cannon lets you play play up to 47 songs as Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt or Tré Cool through their expansive career from their humble beginnings with Dookie to full blown stardom with American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown, with unique visuals and venues all inspired by Green Day. |

One of the huge holiday titles for 2007 was undoubtedly Rock Band. It became quite hard to find the bundle after the initial shipment to the point where the game was actually delayed a month in Canada in anticipation of the high demand. Even with this success EA missed a huge opportunity by not having Rock Band on the Wii available for the holiday shopping season. Well, better late than never as EA CEO John Riccitiello has finally confirmed a Wii version of Rock Band during a conference call regarding EA’s Q3 fiscal results |
